For products that satisfy the conditions for return, Howmarkets Express provides a 7-day return window. Within seven days after delivery, please contact us through one of our contact methods, and we’ll make sure you get a response.

Conditions for acceptance of returns
We accept returns of few of our grocery’s due to the following reasons.
- Wrong Product Order delivered
- Expired products
- Damage/Broken packages for our processed foods
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Book with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, besides we do not off exchange on any of our product. Send us an email at return@howmarketsexpress.co.uk and send your item to: 58 Ashley Drive, Borehamwood England, WD6 2JD.
Packaging returns
You must deliver a product back to Howmarkets Express in the same condition that you got it, including the original box, tags, and labels. Make sure the returned things are securely secured so they can’t be damaged in transit. Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us.
No other items that are not related to the returned item as it was received from Howmarkets Express may be packaged with it. Howmarkets Express disclaims any liability for any goods mistakenly included inside a shipment that was returned, as well as for any data breach brought on by the failure to delete personal information from a returned item.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
For incorrect, defective, or damaged items, you will also be refunded for the full cost of delivery of the returned items, once your return is processed. The refund request form shall state which payment method(s) for receipt of refunds are available to you. We try to refund you the purchase price of the item as soon as possible once we accept your return or if you order something but do not receive it.
Once your return is completed, you will also get a reimbursement for the full cost of delivery for any products that were received in error, were faulty, or were damaged. The payment method(s) for reimbursement receipts that are accessible to you are specified on the refund request form.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
